Hey everyone! I'm Aitreya, a Grade 11 student turning 17 this October. I started off doing MUN because I thought it would be a good extracurricular but somehow ended up falling in love with it. Ever since then I've been lucky enough to meet many amazing people, attend countless conferences, and spend a startling number of weekends debating about pressing issues. This year I'm thrilled to be part of TMUN as your DISEC Head Chair, discussing issues that need a little more diplomacy and debate, and I hope that you all can bring your unique perspectives, ideas, and solutions to the committee. I hope that you all find yourself having a great time debating, making lifelong friends, and maybe even leaving DISEC with a greater appreciation for international relations!
