  • Hello everyone! My name is Vedang and I’m honoured to be serving as your COPUOS head chair. I am a 15 year old currently studying at Overseas Family School and I have been participating in MUN since Grade 7. I’ve had the privilege of attending more than 15 conferences, of which this will be my 3rd time chairing. Throughout my MUN journey, I have participated in a multitude of different committees, including crisis committees as well as Senates. I am excited for this conference in particular because this will be my first time in COPUOS. We will be tackling issues that involve privatization and resource use within space, a topic that truly interests me, so I am looking forward to the constructive resolutions and fruitful debate that delegates will bring. I hope to make this an enjoyable conference for everyone - see you all at TMUN!
