Hello everyone! My name is Ivan Peralta and I’m honoured to be serving as your WHO Deputy Chair. I am a 15 year old currently studying at United World College South East Asia Dover and I have been participating in MUN for 1 year now. I’ve had the privilege of attending around 4 conferences,of which this would be my first time chairing. MUN has led me to engage in many different committees over the years, making this a full circle moment as WHO was the first committee for me! I am looking forward to the constructive resolutions and fruitful debate that delegates will bring. I hope to make this an enjoyable conference for everyone - see you all at TMUN!

Greetings, everyone! I am Steve Zhu, a Grade 11 student from Canadian International School (CIS), and it is my absolute honor to be the Head Chair for WHO at TMUN2026! I’ve been doing MUN for quite a few years and have seen my fair share of committees, but WHO will always hold a special place in my heart as one of the most important committees in the UN. The topics of viruses, vaccines and medicine have never been more relevant than they are today with the emergence of new viral diseases and continued innovations in these fields, so I cannot wait to see what you all come up with. If I could give one piece of advice right now, it’d be to talk, talk, TALK! I look forward to meeting you all and conducting WHO, which will no doubt be one of the best MUN committees ever
